I assess both through one integrated framework \u2014 from the quality of core processes, to interfaces and the journey of customers and guests, to the question of whether digitalization strengthens or weakens the experience.<br \/>Lean and Six Sigma are part of my toolkit. But a process that looks lean on paper while damaging the customer experience is not a good process.
