About me
I connect processes, structures, communication, and culture.
I operate where efficiency, change, and people meet and bringing together processes, behavior, and communication.
I’m Nadine, and I help organizations drive impact through process management, change management, and strong leadership.
For 15 years, I have been supporting companies, executives, and project managers in change management, efficiency improvement, and complex project situations.
I work holistically. Combining a solid psychological foundation with effective operational methods. This is how I support change and leadership in organizations.
In my work, I combine three perspectives that are crucial for genuine effectiveness:
1. Processes: efficient workflows, clarity, structure, operational excellence.
2. Transformation support & communication: clear statements, consistent messages, and communication that gets people on board.
3. Leadership & collaboration: behavior, psychological safety, motivation, team dynamics.
Real change can only happen when all these levels are considered together.
