This 60-minute one-on-one consultation takes place as an online meeting (remote) and is completely tailored to your current concerns. We briefly analyze the initial situation, refine your goals and options, and translate the whole thing into concrete measures—whether you want to solve a leadership challenge, set up a project properly, manage change effectively, or prepare for a difficult communication situation. The result: clarity, decision-making ability, and a realistic next-step plan that you can implement right away.

- Simulation of a continuous change scenario (end-to-end instead of isolated exercises)
