Planning and structuring my project cleanly

In this workshop, you will work through a project from start to finish and build a solid foundation for it step by step. You will not be working “on paper,” but rather on a sample project or directly on your own project—with a clear goal in mind: a setup that works in everyday life and speeds up decision-making.

Description

In this workshop, you will develop a concrete change initiative from start to finish—not as a theoretical exercise, but based on a realistic scenario or directly on your own change project. You will plan the change in a structured manner and build a framework that really works in everyday life.

Duration

9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(8 hours)

Target group

Project managers, specialists with project responsibility

Prerequisite

Basic knowledge of project management is recommended, but not essential. You should bring a specific project with you that we can go through in the workshop.

In the workshop, you will create, among other things
  • Project assignment & goal definition (clear assignment, measurable goals, success criteria)
  • Scope & success factors (scope, non-goals, critical assumptions)
  • Stakeholder analysis (interests, influence, expectation management)
  • Risks & dependencies (top risks, mitigation, external dependencies)
  • Rough time and milestone planning (phases, milestones, initial roadmap)
  • Communication structure & decision-making processes (committees, roles, RACI/decision rights)
  • Prioritization & next steps (top 3 focus areas, 30-60-90-day launch plan)
Key question in the workshop

What does a project really need to be feasible and not just appear to have been “launched”?

You go into the project launch with greater confidence and reduce friction losses, detours, and subsequent escalations.

working method
  • Simulation of a continuous project process (end-to-end)
  • Work with proven templates (directly reusable)
  • Reflection on typical project situations (pressure, uncertainty, resistance, conflicting goals)
  • Exchange, discussion, and sparring within the group
